Cherokee Builders, Inc. was formed in 1995 in Claremore, OK when Dick McNair saw that northeast Oklahoma needed a different kind of earthwork contractor – one that could operate efficiently with impeccable ethics and safety awareness. A one-man operation for the first few years, Cherokee Builders began to grow exponentially as the year 2000 passed, eventually becoming a multi-million dollar contractor with over 100 employees that has won multiple industry awards for completed projects and a dedication to safety.

Cherokee Builders, Inc. provides full site construction services for residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental projects across the region. Our goal is to assist our clients with the success of their project and be a beneficial partner during the construction process in order to expedite the project towards timely completion and an achievement of schedule goals and budget objectives.
SAFETY
A safe construction site and the safety of our employees is of utmost importance. Cherokee Builders implements a comprehensive safety program that includes initial training and continuing instruction in safe construction methods and procedures. All company supervisors have completed OSHA 30 Hour safety training and utilize this training daily on-site.
